100 years ago the world saw how workers’ rights hit rock bottom when 146 (mainly) women sweatshop workers were locked in a burning factory, by men who thought no one would ever remember them. Just the opposite, oppressive stooges! Tonight on the Inspirational Humanist Radio Hour we play Woody Guthrie, Patti Smith, songs about the factory and the Unions… We are the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire.
