A school technology project where a student from a Lower East Side school used a primary source to imagine the life of an immigrant attending that same school 80 years in the past. Peter Inguatiato was born in 1909. The student imagined his mother worked in a sweatshop. This project was made with a 6th grade class at PS 20, taught by Jerry Kerne. The principal at the time was Dr. Leonard Golubchick.
